This PR includes:

1. New lines in pois.sql to create the new aois, this structure is almost the same like pois, but with a new column for zone size.
   The boundaries are defined in the variable container, zones below minimum value are not copied, the remaining entities are classified. This structure could be replicated to add new areas and amenities to aois.
   between "small" and "large".
2. Variables added to variable container, structure -areas_boundaries->amenity->small/large (in m2).
3. Respective adjustments in geoserver layers and queries
4. Visualization function adjusted to show all areas (small/large) or only large according to each case.

Both new visualizations depend on the variable %amenities% and %userid%
