  • Point macOS users to the appropriate files in the main README.
  • Clarify various points regarding compilation and verification.
  • OS X -> macOS.

I need to do a fixup on these files and clarify that there are complete (and signed) source tarballs, along with instructions on how to verify everything. It'll be a little while before I can get to that but I will, and I'll post here when I'm ready.
