"Chaiyaphum" province (located in central northeastern Thailand) is missing from Thailand Province List.

Reproduction Steps

In the selection of the province of the registration form or profile modification, select "Phillipens" as the country, and then try searching for "Chaiyaphum" in the Province.

Expected Behavior

There must be the province of "Chaiyaphum".

Actual Behavior

The "Chaiyaphum" province is missing.

• On a staging site
• On a production website
• With only LifterLMS and a default theme
