With pytest 8.xx releases we hit a deprecation regarding
Argument(s) {'path'} are declared in the hookimpl but can not be found in the hookspec.So taking the opportunity to migrate the build tool to poetry and updating all dependencies.
(If we ever want to re-publish updated versions of this package a bigger revamp would be needed)
