In desync report zip file, comparing script.dat showed a difference after the line with playerData...lampsonmap:
The reference file contained some tile info (new tile name[EOT][EM]lamp-concrete-map-default type stuff?) while the desynced file did not.

Attaching only script.dats as the desync report was too large to upload on github. Let me know if you need/want the full one.
