  • Git version: git version 2.7.4
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS
  • Database (use [x]):
    • PostgreSQL
    • MySQL
    • SQLite
  • Can you reproduce the bug at https://try.gogs.io:
    • Yes (provide example URL)
    • No
    • Not relevant (it isn't friendly to upload hundreds of megabytes --- can try if needed)

Description

We experience very long page generation times (20 seconds+) when browsing directories in repositories with 1000+ files totalling 100mb+, as well as the commit which introduced these files.
