Re. Hacktoberfest and bigger contributions

I notice that that Hacktoberfest has started. While this is a gret thing, Hugo is currently planning some bigger code merges which would be impossible to do if the current source code changes too much.

Therefore, any bigger code contributions will currently most likely not be merged (or it would have to wait), so we suggest you ask in the relevant issue before spending time implementing it. Note that this also applies to bigger cross repo change sets that fixes spelling etc.
