Odd live reload issue

While testing something completely different I found some odd behavour on my PC vs live reload when changing bundled images (and I guess bundled resources in general).

• If I start the server and then change an image, the changes are not reloaded.
• If I first change the owning page, then any subsequent changes to the images in that bundle is picked up fine.

I don't think this is a new issue, but I'll try to debug and fix it in a patch release.

I can add that it also seems to "ignore" the first save of the content file. But once that is OK, the subsequent changes works fine.
