Windows-32-bit hugo 0.69.0 installation using chocolatey is incorrect

This issue doesn't relate to hugo directly, instead it's to do with the way that the package is created which at the mo is only referencing v0.51

It's been this way since v0.51 but you are not likely to be using it if you're using the default chocolatey settings and are on x64 platform as I had to manually override the installer to force the x86 package (the one that is out of date) to install.

You can check your version of hugo by using:

hugo version
