PostProcess does not work properly in fast render mode

PostProcess is meant (mostly) for production, e.g. not server use. But it's commont to do:

hugo server --environment production

To test it locally. Using resources.PostProcessseems to have some issues with the abov (testing it now with purgecss).

A workaround seems to be

 hugo server --environment production  --disableFastRender
