Looks like.. unlike Blackfriday claims, hrefTargetBlank inserts target="_blank" (not that I am a fan of _blank targets) for all non-relative links i.e. absolute links.. even if the absolute links are internal, on the same domain.

So setting that to true doesn't necessarily mean that it will insert _blank target only for external links.
