What steps will reproduce the problem?
If possible, include a link to a program on play.golang.org.
1. export GOPATH=~/go
2. go get code.google.com/p/go.tools/cmd/vet  

What is the expected output?

install govet in ~/go/bin

What do you see instead?

# code.google.com/p/go.tools/go/types
/home/dlin/go/src/code.google.com/p/go.tools/go/types/expr.go:1169: e.Slice3 undefined
(type *ast.SliceExpr has no field or method Slice3)
