Got a bug report from user on Windows XP x64 SP2, no sounds can be played (via ffmpeg):

Can somebody try on Windows XP x64?

I added some more info for that error, I hope it will facilitate us to diagnose this error...
My guess is that the sound card driver is buggy and not able to support some sample format.

@timonwong, thanks! Shouldn't these error messages be localizable, since they are visible to the user? :)

Addressed in 680c201, some error messages contain function name, I think it's ok to leave them as is?

I could test in Win XP 32-bit if it's of any help.

I think it's because the 48khz sample rate, what I know, some audio drivers will only accept sample rate <= 44.1kHz, so maybe we should include a software resampler to deal with them?
