search query on empty string

raw_results.error.info = The "srsearch" parameter must be set
which leads to a WikipediaException
Does is ever make sense to allow empty string? Should the library preemptively block the api call to wikipedia in this case and avoid an unknown exception that recommends we raise a github issue?
