The UniqueId might be useful in a situation where multiple instances of gosdm630 running on distinct buses serve JSON from dynamic IPs. The unique ID then makes it easier to correctly identify the instruments.
Allow setting of unique string format from the command line.

This PR adds a unique ID to the JSON output. It can be useful for instrument identification purposes in a situation with multiple instances of gosdm630 serving JSON from dynamic IPs.
