start(), flush() and restart() output this
AWS CloudWatch Logs stream names: 2021-06-23 032724.841Z 54d7f6b0-7a27-5bb9-984d-67ab889543eb

  1. Only output this once per Loggers instance
  2. It should say "Name of AWS CloudWatch Logs streams: "
