Testing the v0.7.1 release on the BioAMR corpus revealed some errors that occurred with bad graphs where triples were duplicated. It may be the case that not all duplicated triples are bad (not sure), but in any case Penman should not crash on these. This release improves robustness for these graphs while also adding a few other things, like controls for output verbosity and logging.
