node.js 构建失败，不支持0.10.x的写法 #25

由于api程序变更，已经不再支持解析node版本信息，变更如下：

已经在文档中明确写出支持的版本，最好使用确定的版本，而非范版本（0.10.x）文档地址
更新buildpack，将获取版本的接口改成heroku
更新nodejs的所有大分支版本到最新
