Replace usage of variants in auth_logic/ast.h with subclasses

The visitor for ast.h is already implemented in a way that should traverse subclasses correctly. This should give us a way to get rid of raksha::utils::overloaded calls which in practice seem to require more code repetition than we'd hope. Some example context
