Update our copies of js blockly

Our code generator and some of the demos are running older copies of the compressed blockly files. We should do a round of updates (and make them all reference a single copy).

How complicated was the update process? Do we need a script to automate anything?

No longer an active issue. This just involves recompiling web blockly (if needed) and then copying the compressed files over, so pretty simple. We can add a script to copy things over since Neil checks in a new compressed version every few weeks and rebuild them manually if we need a specific feature that's not available yet.
