Description of the problem / feature request:

Run error prone on some code that causes the ThreadPriorityCheck warning, and then go to the suggested documentation page for more information.

The page only states:

Relying on the thread scheduler is discouraged; see Effective Java 3rd Edition Item 84.

which is not useful for anyone who doesn't happen to have a copy of the book to hand. It doesn't seem to be available (legally) online as far as I can see.

What version of Error Prone are you using?
