Add helper for tpmDirect ObjectAttributes #298

Make a similar helper for tpma.Object structs that legacy go-tpm has, like FlagSealDefault and FlagSignerDefault (https://github.com/google/go-tpm/blob/master/tpm2/constants.go#L256-L260). Writing out all flags (https://github.com/google/go-tpm/pull/297/files/3814f2885e1cf2d8bff8c0bccb25d472c053aa16#r931350877) can be a bit tedious.
