Scrollable View changes position on Device Rotation

When I perform these sequences of events, the scroll view on screen goes back to the top:

Sequence 1:

1. Click on More...
2. Click on Settings
3. Click on Time Correction
4. Click on About this feature
5. Scroll Down
6. Orientation Change
