WrappingExecutorService may be useful when ForwardingExecutorService is not enough and one needs to wrap tasks with custom logic. Seems generic enough for it to be public.

@SD1998 We haven't decided that we want to make this class public, and if we do decide to make it public it'll require an internal change to do that, so I'm not sure there's anything useful you could do here.
