static_broadcasted_argnames for pmap?

Could we have a static_broadcasted_argnames in pmap please? It would follow the same logic as the combination static_broadcasted_argnums and jit's static_argnames.

Please:

• Check for duplicate requests. I read through all related issues, most were about jit, and one which asked about pmap got redirected to one about jit.
• Describe your goal, and if possible provide a code snippet with a motivating example. It is a convenience. I can make it a positional argument and give the number, but for functions with many arguments, going by number becomes somewhat error-prone and unreadable.
