Insert sound in between of file

I want to add new sound file at particular offset.
I am creating new SoundFile now I want to insert that sound file at mStartPos (starting marker).
How can I do that?
For example :
initial ring is something like 1111111111
Now I am recording new file with data like 2222
Now I want to insert that in between and create new file like 11122221111111
