Hello,

I have been seeing an issue with the database connection that doesn't fix itself after a restart -

Santa sync:

Has anyone seen this error before? Any way we can resolve / prevent this without reinstalling Santa?

Are there any logs I can pull that will help with this issue?

We haven't ever seen this before.

  • Is it reproducible on multiple machines?
  • Are you able to share the database with us (you can send it privately and encrypted, details are in SECURITY.md)?
  • Can you try deleting /var/db/santa/santa.db and doing a clean sync again?
