fix(firebaseappcheck): update the API

#### firebaseappcheck:v1beta

The following keys were changed:
- resources.oauthClients.methods.exchangeAppAttestAssertion.parameters.app.description
- resources.oauthClients.methods.exchangeAppAttestAttestation.parameters.app.description
- resources.oauthClients.methods.exchangeDebugToken.parameters.app.description
