GCM360 API v4 support

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Sunset date for Google campaign manager API v3.5 which is supported in the latest version of google api php client has recently been postponed from Feb 20, 2023 to Apr 20, 2023. However I can see that there are still no pull requests opened which would add support for version 4 of GCM360.

Add support for GCM360 API v4.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Alternative could be to choose a different library which I doubt exists or fork the existing library and implement the support ourselves, which if possible we would like to avoid.
