New release pushed:
https://github.com/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-python/releases/tag/error-reporting-0.24.3

Here is the CircleCI build that should push to PyPI:
https://circleci.com/gh/GoogleCloudPlatform/google-cloud-python/2328

However, I may end up having to do it by hand due to current build issues (which is "just fine").
