Issues in BigQuery schema

Hi,

I noticed some issues with schemas describing parameters consumed by BigQuery.
For instance, the Roles field is mandatory but it is sufficient (according to schema) to be an empty array:

Which is not enough and provisioning process fails.

I am not sure if this is a good place to create this kind of issue, if not please tell me where I can report this kind of issue
