I want support single repo for web and chromeOS project but have problem with test running on ChromeOS app. Could you please advise something to resolve the problem. Thank you

Can you better describe the issue? If it is not directly related to the samples, I would advise posting your issue to StackOverflow (please, make sure you add the google-chrome-app tag).
