Colocar as instruções para criar o arquivo application.yml

1. linkar nele antes, o passo a passo que foi postado como notícia/blog no site da gorails para configurar o ambiente http://gorails.com.br/blog/posts/show_list?id=1
2. colocar também passo a passo (com links e os comandos) de como fazer o fork, criar o projeto no linux e atualizar ele
3. e depois criar também passo a passo para comitar e fazer o pull request
