Bind images and text descriptions

From the RD meeting, they asked that images require a text description.
Still thinking on how to implement

Here is an idea:
When you tap on "Upload picture", its a modal that actually pops up.
In the modal, there is the normal input button to upload the picture plus an input box for text.
We use client-side javascript validation to verify that both inputs have been filled before sending the result to the server.

If they later decide to allow only pictures, whoever is maintaining can just remove the client-side validation, making the "caption" optional.
