Updates for KSP 1.4.3 and Kopernicus 1.4.3-2.

New in this release:

• Renamed 'Bin' to 'Kerbin' using displayName, but not using cbNameLater. This lets Kerbin be Kerbin without breaking Kopernicus' rule of Kerbin = Home.
• Edited homeworld-Minmus to work with Kopernicus 1.4.3-2.

Note that some add-ons may display 'Bin' instead of 'Kerbin' when referring to Kerbin; this likely means the add-on doesn't support localization.

AlienSpacePrograms-1.1.3pre

This edition fixes the Launch First Vessel career contract by properly terminating the 'atmospheres' of Tylo and Minmus. It might also fix broken characters in localization by saving the localization dictionary in UTF-8 format.

Added localization support and the default en-us dictionary. Requires Kopernicus 1.3.1-2 or later to get localized biome names.
