Hostnames with underscores not parsed properly

As reported in the Chrome store by a user, some resources from http://www.ulmart.ru/ were not reported properly in the Statistics page. For example, http://1_42_e.fast.ulmart.ru/resources/j/jquery.min.js?796 was reported as http:/resources/j/jquery.min.js?796.

As per Wikipedia:

While a hostname may not contain other characters, such as the underscore character (_), other DNS names may contain the underscore ...

Bug was introduced in 0.8.4.8 with the new uritools.js code.
