I have closed the browser and deleted the ublock0.sqlite file in myprofile/extension-data
then I started my browser again And turned on "Enable cloud storage support"
but I can't import my data
of course the sync feature is working on my Firefox browser
clicking on the export button on whitelist tab has overwritten my old data as I expected
but I don't care about the whitelist data
How can I restore my filters\rules\3pfilters data?

capture

last thing
if I added /ads/ how to exclude /loads/ and /threads/ from that filter?
Any help is appreciated

Did you also delete uBO-related entries in about:config?

No I didn't delete them but, I have uninstalled uB then reinstalled it again after restarting my browser
extensions.ublock0.cloudStorage.myFiltersPane
extensions.ublock0.cloudStorage.myRulesPane
extensions.ublock0.cloudStorage.tpFiltersPane
they are all empty
I tried to recover the file immediately after deleting it but,
unfortunately recovering files from the OS partition is more difficult than any other partition

What version of Firefox are you using?

According to the bug #753289 entry, the cloud storage issue in FF was fixed in 43.3:

43.3 - Sep 21

Edit: "43.3" looks like a mistake in the bug entry. I am trying to find out in which FF the fix really landed. Your symptoms match well the documented caveat when installing uBO from scratch.

Why not just /ads^?
