With FF Version 39 on Win 7 ublock0 0.9.9.4, logger behind the scene still log all content

Cannot reproduce this with FF39 on Win7, v0.9.9.4-dev7 + 6 commits (bd43bab)
works just fine here.
works fine with FF 42 (nightly) also.

Which 0.9.9.4? This was fixed in the last one, dev.7.
