- Optionally sync column ordering from dbt to Metabase
- Strict checking for mismatch between columns in dbt and Metabase (partial ordering returns 500 error)
- Fix inconsistencies between dbt and Metabase fixtures for tests (staging columns missing from schema)
- Fixes #73
