404 Issue with the Govpress Theme on Wordpress

Hello,
It seems that it is impossible to customise permalink (www.mysite.com/%postname%/), as when I use it with wordpress v3.9.1 it send me to a 404 error page.
My webhoster is Olympe (a free web hosting service).
You can see the error on my website : http://prunault.olympe.in/
Just clic on a web page (eg. : profil) and you will see the 404 error page.
Please, let me know if you have any solution for me.

My guess is that this issue is related to your hosting and not to the theme. To test, disable all your plugins and switch to the default theme. If permalinks work, feel free to re-open this issue. If not, try getting in touch with your host about the issue.
