When listing instances with govm list it should be good to have status information. Initial status could be:

  • failed
  • running
  • stopped

networking: Add default network ID

For some reason, with latest docker client versions, govm fails if no default
network is selected. This used to work before.
Anyway, this commit explicitly adds a default network ("bridge") if no network is
specified by the user.

Fixes govm-project#30
