Some credit card changes

Hi there, there are some upcoming credit card changes coming with Visa having up to 19 digit numbers and some Mastercard numbers starting in the 2 range. Have you got plans to update this library for the upcoming changes?

@custa1200 I did not know about this upcoming changes, if you have the technical skill to implement feel free to do it and PR, if not, just let me know what it changes and I'll try to implement it.

@custa1200 and @cmer I was able to make the change for the '2-digit' range for mastercar cards.
But for the 19 digit visa, I've looked around the web and couldn't find anything.

I also followed this thread if you guys wanna see and make any suggestion, let me know.
