Plugin not available on Bintray

The plugin fails to install (I followed the installation instructions). Seems like the plugin is not published on Bintray?

Just built the plugin from the master branch and it seems it is not working (error below). Maybe that's why it isn't being published?

java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused. Failed messages: com.sun.mail.util.MailConnectException: Couldn't connect to host, port: localhost, 3025; timeout -1;
