Okay, attempt number 2. This one's a straight port of my usual packaging stuff to gpiozero. It re-arranges the setup.py so that it can be imported without necessarily running it (extremely useful if you want to include the version number in other things like docs automatically without having to define it multiple places), derives the PyPI license tag from the classifiers, and so on. This PR assumes python-w1thermsensor and python-spidev exist as dependencies.
