gpodder 3.10.3 doesn't start on windows 10

after i upgraded to GPodder 3.10.3 for Windows on my Windows 10 machine i get an error message that "there was an error running bin\gpodder in Python." ?? whta's going on and how do i get GPodder work :????

Thanks for reporting.
This is most likely a DLL installed by another program on your computer preventing gPodder from running.
Please use procmon to list DLLs loaded when running gPodder: #495 (comment)
Also try running gpodder-cmd.exe from cmd and see if there is a more helpful error message there.

#480 has a similar issue, that got away when the OP changed computer.

Please try 3.10.4 : it loads all libraries from gPodder install directory.
