it exists as package on more recent alpine
use entrypoint script starting as root but then exec as pgadmin4 user via gosu
…n as pgadmin4 user, run with exec form that does not break
gosu in different image, using piwheels, keep only pgadmin4 folder

remove group pgadmin and use root group.
