In Gradle 8.1, we replaced the various properties used to enable and customize the behavior of the configuration cache so they no longer had the unsafe component. The original properties, with unsafe, are still supported for backward compatibility, but should be deprecated or even removed.

There was some trickiness in/lack of support for nagging for deprecated properties, so this was postponed when #19933 was done.

For 8.1, we will be documenting these changes in the upgrade guide: #24433
