Support authenticating to HTTPS repositories via client certificate

Currently Gradle does not support 2 way SSL for authenticating to https:// maven repositories (https://docs.gradle.org/4.10.2/userguide/repository_types.html#sub:authentication_schemes). Support should be added for mutual SSL auth via client certificates.

Just for reference (and i found it while searching a solution for it), it was already reported also in the old Jira https://issues.gradle.org/browse/GRADLE-3473
