Here we provide the code to replicate all empirical exercises in the abovementioned paper. The paper is published in the Journal of Industrial and Business Economics (Graebner et al. 2020a).

The repository contains all code and data to replicate all figures and tables in the paper. The country classification used can be specified in the beginning of the file (north_south for the classification used in the main paper, jee for the one proposed by Graebner et al. (2019) and used in the appendix). These files are also available as a data publication in the Harvard Dataverse as Graebner et al. (2020b).
