potential for duplicate logs delivery with the docker target when the target is restarted grafana/loki#11563
Steps to reproduce
sounds like anytime you're using the docker target and restart the target via config reload (or reloading the agent/promtail as well maybe?) this can happen if the positions file has not been updated recently, the linked PR has a good description of the root cause
